SiteCheck by Unzim is provided as an unlisted app for creating, reviewing, sharing, and archiving inspection reports. Access is provided by direct link to invited users and partner organizations.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy of customer records, checklist rows, imported files, notes, photos, signatures, PDF reports, and any information shared with clients or third parties.

No professional certification

The app is a documentation and reporting tool. It does not replace professional inspection, engineering review, safety approval, legal review, or regulatory certification.

iCloud sharing

iCloud sharing depends on Apple services, the user’s Apple ID, iCloud availability, and the sharing settings selected by the user. Users should share customer records only with intended recipients.

Backups and data loss

Users should create regular backups through the app’s backup feature and store them securely. The app owner is not responsible for loss of data caused by device loss, user deletion, iCloud configuration, or unavailable Apple services.

Availability

Local app features may work offline. iCloud sharing, email, file export, and other system integrations depend on Apple services, network connectivity, and device settings.
