Use of the app
Field Reports is provided to help users create inspection checklists, field reports, photos, signatures, PDF reports, and customer archives. Users are responsible for reviewing report content before sending it to customers or third parties.
User content
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of customer data, photos, signatures, notes, imported spreadsheets, and reports that you create or share through the app.
Professional use
Field Reports is a reporting tool. It does not replace professional engineering, safety, legal, compliance, or regulatory review where such review is required.
Cloud sharing
Optional sharing features use Apple iCloud and CloudKit Sharing. Users must have a valid iCloud account and are responsible for managing access to shared customer workspaces.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable app experience, but features may be updated, changed, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, operating system changes, or third-party service availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Field Reports is provided as a tool for creating and organizing reports, and we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect report content, user error, or misuse of the app.
