SiteCheck by Unzim is an unlisted inspection reporting app for invited users, contractors, technicians, clients, and partner organizations.

Data processed by the app

The app may store customer names, site names, contact email addresses, checklist rows, report notes, issue statuses, photos, signatures, PDF report content, user roles, workspace settings, and backup files.

Local storage

Most app data is stored locally on the user’s device unless the user exports it, includes it in a PDF, shares it by email, saves a backup, or enables iCloud sharing.

iCloud / CloudKit sharing

If the user chooses to share a customer record through iCloud, selected customer data, reports, and related attachments may be stored in the user’s iCloud account and shared with invited iCloud users. iCloud access is controlled by Apple account settings and by the sharing choices made by the user.

Backups

The app can export a JSON backup through Apple Files. The user chooses whether to save the backup in iCloud Drive, on the device, or another available file location.

XLSX/CSV import

When a user imports an XLSX or CSV file, the file is processed to create or update checklist rows, customer data, report header/footer text, and related report fields where supported.

No advertising tracking

The app does not include third-party advertising tracking and does not sell user data.

Data deletion

Users can delete app data from within the app where available, delete local app data by removing the app from the device, and manage iCloud data through Apple iCloud settings.
