Overview
Field Reports is an inspection reporting app that helps users create checklist-based reports, attach photos, add signatures, generate PDF reports, and optionally share customer workspaces using Apple iCloud and CloudKit Sharing.
Information handled by the app
The app may store customer names, checklist rows, report notes, status values, photos, PDF-related content, signatures, author names, job titles, and user permission settings. This information is created by the user while using the app.
Local storage
Field Reports can store report data locally on the user's device. Users can remove local data by deleting the app or using available reset/export options in the app.
iCloud and CloudKit Sharing
If the user enables sharing, report and customer data may be stored in the user's iCloud account and shared with invited participants through Apple's CloudKit Sharing. Use of iCloud is subject to Apple's terms and privacy practices.
Photos and signatures
Photos and signatures added to reports are used to prepare inspection records and PDF reports. The app does not use this content for advertising or tracking.
No advertising or tracking
Field Reports does not include third-party advertising and does not sell user data.

Data deletion
Users can delete local app data from the device. Shared iCloud data can be removed by the owner of the shared workspace or through Apple iCloud management tools.
